For our globally active HYDRO division at our location in Weiz, we are looking for a MANAGER PRODUCT TRANSFER & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT TURBOGENERATOR (m/f/d) in the Turbo Generator department on a full-time basis.

YOUR PROFIL

• Masters's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in supply chain management, product management, product transfer or project management, ideally from the power generation sector.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain management, strategic sourcing, manufacturing processes, localization strategies, and supplier development in an industrial environment.
• Experience in supply chain optimization, supplier localization, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement and Operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead, develop and manage the global Product Transfer and Product Management team, including priority setting, resource allocation and competence development.
• Promote collaboration across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Project Management, Sales and Service while driving a culture of accountability, continous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead and coordinate international product transfer and localization programs, ensuring successful transfer of products, technologies and processes to global manufacturing locations.
• Ensure effective industrialization, qualification and ramp-up activities while managing project risks, governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Define and execute product strategies for the Turbogenerator portfolio to enable competitive product offerings worldwide. 
• Develop and implement supply chain, supplier development and sourcing stragies to improve cost, quality, delivery performance, sourcing flexibility and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement and Engineering on global supply chain, localization and supplier competitiveness initiatives.
• Support the Senior Director in operational and strategic management activities, including business reviews, budget planning, organizational development and selected delegated projects. 

OUR OFFER

We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 5.095,98 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
