For our globally active HYDRO division at our location in Maribor, we are looking for a full-time DESIGN ENGINEER (m/f/d) in the Mechanical Engineering department.
YOUR PROFIL
- Completed technical education (HTL, University or similar)
- 2–3 years of experience in design, ideally with knowledge of generator sand turbines
- Good CAD skills (preferably Siemens NX)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German proficiency is an advantage
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and well-organized working style
YOUR TASKS
- Design and development of hydropower components (e.g. generators or turbines)
- Preparation of production-ready technical drawings
- Creation of bills of materials (BOMs)
- Dimensioning and calculation of components for rotating electrical machines
- Application and development of parameterized CAD tools
OUR OFFER
We offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case (includes base salary, meal allowance, and transportation allowance). The gross base salary depends on the amount of the meal and transportation allowances and is determined individually.
