Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will work in our upcoming plant expansion project as Construction Engineer with following responsibilities. 
1.    Project Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
  • Coordinate with Design Consultants and various Contractors and their site team to ensure that project timelines are met.
  • Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.

2.    Design and Drafting Support: Review and interpret civil drawings using AutoCAD.

  • Collaborate with team members for drawing/Lay-out preparation.

3.    Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use Excel to analyse project data, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review.

4.    Presentation and Communication:

  • Create project updates and presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate plans, challenges, and recommendations to the project team and leadership.

5.    File and Document Management:

  • Organize and manage project documentation in an accessible and systematic manner.
  • Ensure Revision control and compliance with company policies.

6.    Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external agencies to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment.


Key Skills and Competencies
•    Proficiency in MS Project for planning and scheduling.
•    Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. 
•    Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
•    Expertise in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
•    Excellent file management and organizational skills for handling project documentation.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
•    Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
