General Description

  • SR ( Service & Rehablitation) – Sr Sales Manager is required for Indian location and neigbouring countries

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Write the purpose for which the job exists

  • Working as Sr Sales Manager for Service & Rehabilitation.
  • On receipt of enquiry / RFQ from market, he shall coordinate with HIN S&M office for technical input, submittals & submitting offers
  • Responsible to prepare the cost sheet considering internal & external factors.
  • To prepare the techno – commercial offer for submission to customer.
  • Visit to site for understanding the customer requirement & suggest small changes with the support of technical team
  • Should have good knowledge of commercial terms like payment terms , LC , risk & opportunity , insurance & logistic.
  • Should have negotiation competencies with the customer.
  • Should have good knowledge of excel based tools.
  • Should have competency to read the drawings
  • Require exhaustive travelling.

YOU’RE GOOD AT: Write the details of the core area of expertise required to possess by the candidate. 

  • In depth E&M Product knowledge (Hydro/ Thermal power projects)
  • Experience in handling of Spares & Projects business in case of Hydro Power plant
  • Sound knowledge of technical terms and conditions
  • Skilled use of design tools and cost Calculation tools , Negotiation skills
  • Analytical and risk assessment skills
  •  

YOU BRING: Experience & Qualifications (Provide information about knowledge required to delve into this role)

  • BE (Electrical / Mechanical)
  • 10-12 years of experience in the Hydro Power Plant in Sales & Marketing

 

PREFERRED: Information about the knowledge required for the job which is not mandatory to possess.

  • Shall have experience in Design & Engineering / Commissioning
  • Shall have experience in Field Services for Service & Rehablitation projects
  • Worked as Project Manager min 5 Years for Service & Rehablitation Projects
  • Good knowledge of Contracts formation and commercial conditions

YOU’LL WORK WITH: Provide details pertaining to the reporting structure (Direct/Indirect).

  • Reporting to SR-Sales & Marketing Head
  • Work in PEER group with different Sales Manager working for SSB / AT & IC business.
