General Description

  • QA, Inspection & QC for MBOP components at OEM (Supplier) Works

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • To ensure Product quality for MBOP package items, manufactured by OEM / Suppliers

 

YOU’RE GOOD AT:

  • Quality Assurance: Pre-bid clarification in bidding stage, ITP preparation, review & approval of procedures, related to functional test of MBOP components.
  • Inspection & Quality Control ( as per approved ITP) of MBOP items at OEM / Supplier works.
  • Quality Documentation / Data book preparation for MDCC from Customer
  • Management & Control of Product NCRs
  • Root Cause Analysis & Improvement action for recurring product NCRs

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical),
  • 10~15 years of experience in QA&QC for Mechanical Balance of Plant Packages ( Oil Pressure Unit, HVAC, Cooling water System, Drainage Dewatering System, Fire fighting system)
  • Preferably candidate from Hydro Power sector

 

Skill required:

  • Excellent Written and interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge constructively.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant standards and codes, related to functional tests of MBOP items / components
  • Effective team working and networking skills and ability to work independently using own initiative.
  • The ability to plan, priorities and organize own workload.
