General Description:

work closely with EPS suppliers to establish and maintain strong relationships, monitor performance, ensure delivery certainty and identify areas for improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY

• Track the critical EPS package progress after ordering, raise flag in case delays from supplier , internal customers ( like SE/PM)
• On-time resolution of supplier NCR co-ordinate with Design for timely resolution
• Co-ordinate with suppliers with a focus on improvement of product quality/ past NCR learning/ Project requirement etc
• Track manufacturing progress at supplier end & escalate topic related to delays
• Co-ordinate AUDIT process at supplier end as per schedule & support SCM for identification for potential vendor.

Functional competencies

• Graduate/Diploma  ( Engineer - Electrical) -10 years.
• Expertize in EPS packages
• Exposure of Power sector
• Good communication skill
• Relevant work experience in Supplier Quality  for EPS/   Electrical balance of plant Equipment ( Transformer , GIS , Cables , substation equipment's) of 5-7  years with overall experience of 10 years.
