General Description

• Job –Commissioning Coordinator
• Commissioning of PSP plant Protection system, BOP (Elect) equipment like CT,PT, Transformers, Busduct, GIS and switch yard equiment, MV,LV panels
• Coordination with Installation & Commissioning team
• Coordination with Client
• Coordination with Engineering team
• Coordination with Vendors.
• Coordination with Sub contractor

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Write the purpose for which the job exists

• Over all commissioning of PSP plant
• Sound knowledge of Machine sequnces and commissioning
• plant Protection system, BOP (Elect) equipment like CT,PT, Transformers, Busduct, GIS and switch yard equiment, MV,LV panels
• Preparing schedule for commissioing and following the same
• Planning commissioning tools required
• Implementation of proper handing over process and LOTO,PTW at sites
• Sound knowledge of over all hydro plant commissioning,
• Hands on experience in doing some commissioning packages like Protection. BOP (Elect) equipment like CT,PT, Transformers, Busduct, GIS and switch yard equiment, MV,LV panels, Turbine/Governing, Generator, Control systems
• Preparing protocols and closing punch points

YOU’RE GOOD AT: Write the details of the core area of expertise required to possess by the candidate. 

• Sound knowledge of BOP (Elect & Mech)commissioning
• Sound knowledge of Generator commissioning.
• Over all plant commissioning.
• Leadership skills
• Following HSE

YOU BRING: Experience & Qualifications (Provide information about knowledge required to delve into this role)

• 12-15 years expereince in Hydro commissioing
• Hydro plants all type & PSP commissioning.
• Enginerring degree or equivalent
• Previous trainings done for Plant commissioning.
• Experience of doing abroad project
• Sound knowledge of Data aquisation system like Dewe soft etc.
• Project management skills
• Sound knowledge of Hydro power plant Commissioning.
• Sound knowledge of Generator excitation Commissioning.
• Sound knoweledge of governing system and all type of turbines
• Sound knowledge of Control and protection system.
• Sound knowledge of  BOP equipment Commissioning.
• Sound knowledge of LOTO,PTW and HSE requirements.
• Good leadership skills

PREFERRED: Information about the knowledge required for the job which is not mandatory to possess.

• O&M experience also added advantage.
• Multiskill for commissioning.

YOU’LL WORK WITH: Provide details pertaining to the reporting structure (Direct/Indirect).

• Directly reports to VP Commissioning Functional head
• Indicrect reports to PM/PD while posted on project
