BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Power Electronics Firmware Engineer to join our team and support the development of advanced energy conversion systems for battery and energy storage solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in embedded software development, on power electronics control systems, with a strong background in three-phase inverters and bidirectional DC/DC converters. TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to manage digital signal filtering (low-pass Euler)
  • Basic knowledge of PI regulators (Bode shape, pole and zero assignment)
  • Experience in developing three-phase inverter applications
  • Experience in the regulation of three-phase inverters with AFE (Active Front End) type grid connection
  • Experience in regulating bidirectional DCDC converters (Buck – Boost)
  • Knowledge of RS232 and CanBus communication protocols
  • In-depth knowledge of the C programming language
  • Basic knowledge of Assembly and C++ programming language

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • Texas TMS320F28235 microcontroller
  • PLD Altera Quartus software
  • Matlab

 EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

  • Degree or technical diploma in Industrial Electronics / Electrical Engineering
  • Two years' experience in the sector
  • Previous experience in the battery production sector (battery industry) is highly preferred
