In the Pulp & Paper Automation & Digitalization department in the EMEA Region, we are looking for a Sales Manager, Process Automation and Digitalization (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, while proactively creating new opportunities
- Listen closely to customer challenges and craft solutions that deliver real value
- Take charge of sales projects, representing them to customers and internal teams, and supporting commercial and contractual discussions
- Own the lead creation, inquiry process, collecting and analyzing information to ensure the best outcomes
- Prepare and support quotes, negotiate with confidence, and guide projects to successful contract closure
- Keep CRM and project information up to date, ensuring smooth handover to operations and service
- Contribute to accurate forecasting and budgeting, supporting the overall success of the team
Your Profile
- You are confident with Process Automation Control Systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, HMI, and their industrial standards
- You leverage these systems to optimize operations, improve quality, and demonstrate the value of data and digital tools to your customers
- You prove several years of professional experience in automation and digitalization for industrial service solutions in pulp and paper or know how to trigger respective stakeholders in this with your operations- and process knowledge
- You show a strong track record in sales of automation and digital solutions in an international environment or respective process improvements in a tissue, pulp- or papermaking environment, already using automation and digitalization solutions.
- You belong to strong customer focus and relationship management skills with the ability to act as a trusted partner for key accounts.
- You are a communication and networking talent in an international context.
- You demonstrate language skills for business English and German; Knowledge of Italian is a plus
- You are open to travel across EMEA Region up to 50% of your time - 2 nights/week in hotels should be manageable for you.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.802,93 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
