In the Pulp & Paper - Automation & Digitalization department in Vienna or Graz, we are looking for a Project Manager Automation & Electric (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- Project management and project planning, commercial and technical coordination with the customer, suppliers and internal partners. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop customer specific solutions, starting with analysis of customer requirements, preparation of the technical specification and the customer proposal.
- Monitor project performance, costs, deadlines and quality of the projects.
- Communication and coordination between all internal departments, suppliers and customers.
- Presentations, meetings and contract negotiations with our customers on-site.
- Travelling to customer meetings within EMEA region.
Your Profile
- Higher Technical Education (HTL, BSc, MSc) in the field of automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or similar
- Project management knowledge - professional experience in project management as an advantage
- Basic Automation and Electric Products knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of SAP as an advantage
- Language skills
- German (fluently)
- English (business level – negotiations in English mandatory)
- Willingness to travel internationally within EMEA region (< 20%)
- Willingness to share knowledge and develop further in a regional team

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.909,12 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
The employment takes place via a leasing company.
