In the Green Hydrogen Division in Vienna, we are looking for a Commissioning Manager (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- Planning, management and coordination of Commissioning & Start-up activities for large scale Green Hydrogen Plants in an EPC context
- Leading the Andritz commissioning team and Andritz vendor personnel at site
- Act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders with respect to commissioning.
- Coordinate all necessary interfaces to the customer and other involved parties which are relevant for the commissioning & start-up.
- Provide input to the project schedule and progress reporting for the commissioning.
- Plan resources according to the contractual specification/requirements and align them with the project cost budget.
- Reporting and documentation of deviations and development of mitigation measures
- Plan and execute regular commissioning meetings and participate in customer coordination meetings.
- Ensure fully compliance with ANDRITZ requirements for Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) and execution quality.
- Guidance of young engineers and proactively sharing best practice and knowledge
Your Profile
- > 10 years of experience in commissioning of process plants in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry or power plants
- Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience in leading technical and multi-cultural teams
- Good understanding of process, electrical and automation engineering for industrial plants.
- Strong leadership skills with a goal-oriented mind set
- Ambitious for new technology and industry in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Resilient and flexible personality
- Willingness to travel >80%

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.630,71 per month for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
