Job title:  Green Hydrogen Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

In your role, you will

• Develop innovative automation hardware and software concepts for our plant solutions
• Define the requirements for the automation equipment
• Align and jointly review interfaces to the process equipment and MES applications
• Participating HAZOP and LOPA studies 
• Take care about cyper security requirements and solutions
• Work closely with project management and disciplines such as piping, layout, static and rotating equipment and electrical disciplines both in the proposal and engineering phase
• Be the interface to the automation hardware and software engineers
• Lead hardware and software FATs and SATs
• Be part of the commissioning, start-up, and optimization team

In your personal skillset you have 

• Degree level qualification in an automation or process engineering discipline
• Minimum five years of experience in automation hardware and software design
• Experience with different industry control systems, Siemens PCS7 system and programming experience is a plus
• Knowledge about substation systems, experience with protokolls like IEC61850 is a plus.
• Ability to consult with customers and suppliers about technical design requirements is expected.
• Explain design solutions in an engaging manner 
• Strong communication, analytical and planning skills
• Solution/team/customer oriented with the confidence to act pro-actively
• Fluent in English. Another European language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for at least 5 days per month

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.112,78 per month for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
