ANDRITZ is seeking a Global Service Operation Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Digital & Technical Service to support the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuesl and Power-2X Division in further setting up the service business.

In your role, you are

  • Developing, implementing, and executing the service strategy for Green Hydrogen together with the Power2X offering to achieve revenue and sustainable growth for the division
  • Implementing the agreement management concept 
  • Aligning the concepts with our technology and modular engineering offering
  • Shaping the service organization globally leveraging the existing manufacturing and service setup
  • Streamlining processes for technical service including warranty services.
  • Implement the digital solution for the Green Hydrogen Performance Centers

Your Tasks

  • Customer Service Management: Address complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure the team is keeping and exceeding the commitments on the Long Term Service Agreements
  • Service Delivery: Manage after-sales services for timely, quality service.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Remote Operation Center Oversight: Implement centre per ANDRITZ standards.
  • Lead the development and digitalisation of the remote services strategy
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of remote services personnel, including the development, implementation and management of the operations, using the latest technologies and industry best practices
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure and improve service performance via KPIs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Resolve operational, manufacturing, and service issues to reduce costs and delays.
  • Review operational results regularly to achieve business objectives

 

In your personal skill set, you have

  • technical degree/education in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams, preferably in service-oriented roles
  • Very good level of English both in writing and speaking, German is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
  • A customer-focused and people-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Outstanding communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience in operational management
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.269,07 per month for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
