Job title:  Export Professional

We are a worldwide leading supplier of electromechanical equipment and services for hydropower plants. Water stands for sustainable energy production with natural, renewable resources. We offer our around 250 employees in Vevey and Kriens challenging jobs on high-quality products.

We are looking for our future Export Professional (f/m/d) to join our team in Vevey, starting immediately or upon agreement.

Your tasks:

• Organization of on time, cost-effective and save cross-border shipment and delivery of goods (national, international Import / Export Switzerland, cross-trade) by road, air or sea
• Preparation of transport offerts and orders
• Compliance with the legal framework for the national and international transport of goods, incl. customs and VAT
• On time preparation of all necessary documents and their forwarding to the appropriate contact persons (internal, external)
• Handling of VAT and customs formalities
• Handling of invoicing and L/C and bonds
• Clarifications in connection with the transport of dangerous goods

Your profile:

• Export specialist - Federal Diploma of Higher Education is an advantage
• 5 years of experience in the cross-border transport of goods (Import / Export Switzerland, Cross Trade)
• Enjoy organizing and learning new things
• Fluent in French and English (orally and writing) - additional Spanish or Italian or German  is a plus
• Willingness to travel (Kriens / Vevey)
