We are looking for a Industry Maintenance Coordinator, to coordinate all operations of the maintenance contract and interact with the customer, ensuring compliance with all processes and reducing unforeseen incidents.

Main responsabilityServe as a central point of communication with the company, providing the resources that help the team in charge to perform correctly.

Daily tasks

  • Monitor and manage safety indicators.
  • Work on team development.
  • Guide the supervisor and ensure the distribution of equipment in a way that complies with the company's maintenance methodology.
  • Support the team in relation to the technical and operational conditions for the performance of maintenance.
  • Support and train the team in methods and ways of execution.
  • Ensure compliance with the maintenance KPIs related to the contract.
  • Control maintenance costs according to the budgeted planning.
  • Assist the supervisor in defining the team's work schedule, holiday plan, frequency and costs of overtime work.
  • Assist the customer with spare parts management suggestions for stock.
  • Support the client in the elaboration of the investment and equipment plan and shutdown planning (human and material resources

 

Backgroud and competences: 

  • Engineering degree or mechanical background
  • 4 years at least of experience
  • Mastery of the fundamentals of maintenance (planning, maintenance indicators, predictive, corrective and preventive).
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery (motors, generators, transformers, pumps, feeders, conveyors, pressure vessels, boilers).
  • Interpretation of mechanical and hydraulic drawings.
  • Communication and people management skills, planning skills and customer orientation will be key competencies for a successful performance of this role
