Job Title:                Applications Engineer                   

Dept.:                     Application Department                                   

Position reports to:      Product manager, Asia                            

 

Main Responsibilities主要职责

 

  • Responsible for Press Felt recommendations/optimization for allocated market/s.
  • Responsible for felt design with accuracy specifications in the system for allocated markets.
  • Support sales/customer in trouble shooting product issues in the field.
  • Prepares to travel and to provide professional technical presentation and material of a standard that supports the Andritz image of being technically innovative and a supplier of value added product.
  • Quick response/action to sales, customer and other department requires, email need to be reply within 48h.
  • Responsible for liaising with Andritz production for the supply of felt product for allocated market/s.
  • Prepares to Undertake investigations and problem solving studies to transmit to management.
  • Handles Review of design specifications & tolerances.
  • Responsible for the applications and acting as communication bridge between the sales and manufacturing plant.
  • Any other tasks as requested by management.

 

 

 

Qualification Requirements资格要求:

 

  • Above college level, preferably in Engineering or other technology area. 
  • Press Felt application experience within the Asian region for a number of years.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Asia.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong Team work spirit
