Job title:  Manufacturing Supervision Engineer

At the Reutlingen site, Customer bespoke forming fabrics are manufactured with the highest standards of precision and quality in various production areas such as warping, weaving, heat-setting, seaming and finishing.

•    Located at major sub-contractor’s workshop perform the resident quality supervision or visit supplier for spot inspection

•    Perform the inspection based on PQIP and issue the ITP to supplier
根据设备的PQIP，撰写设备的ITP。
•    Issue the weekly report, progress report
结合日常工作，编写周报，进度报告。
•    Supplier quality control and assuring
供应商质量控制和保证。
•    Supplier manufacturing progress and delivery date monitoring and pushing
推动和监控供应商的制造进度和交货期。
•    Supplier quality document checking and collecting
质量文件的收集和检查。
•    Technical and manufacturing issue solved, if the issue is not able to solved, send it to product home or product home directly.
解决技术或者制造问题，如果问题解决不了，联系产品部门或者产品中心来解决。
