Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

Edit and maintenance MCL

Work together with the mechanic engineer and process engineer, edit and maintenance MCL (Motor and Components List) for the project of cold rolling mill, strip processing line and finishing line. In alignment with the project/equipment design, define the technical requirement for the drive system and E&A system clearly and exactly.

Edit and maintenance EMF

Work together with the mechanic engineer and process engineer, edit and maintenance EMF (Electric Mechanic Function Description) for the project of cold rolling mill, strip processing line and finishing line, and define the commissioning guideline and test procedure.

Design of drive system and selection of components

Take charge of the system design, configuration, components selection of the drive system for the reversing cold rolling mill and finishing line, coordinate and supervise the design, fabrication and commissioning work from the supplier.

Program Development and maintenance PLC/HMI

Conduct the PLC system design, coding, test and commissioning at the environment Siemens automation platform such as S7-1500/1200/400, TIA Portal.

Design and develop HMI for the cold rolling mill projects, with the process monitor, operation, warning and data record function.

Onsite commissioning

Supervise the installation of electric and automation equipment, conduct the test and commissioning. Detect and debug the problem and errors about electric, automation and internet communication.

Other, Non-Project Related

Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the division.

Technical support of Sales team, Engineering team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electric engineering, automation engineering, power electronics or related fields.

5 years working experience

Estimating and proposal experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience at the cold rolling mill plant area, with a certain of project experience such as electric and automation design, programming and commissioning for cold rolling mills, continuous annealing lines or continuous galvanized line.

Good written and oral English

Understanding and capable of computer skills with power point, excel, micro soft products
