Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) tasks within our organization. This role involves close collaboration with various departments and direct reporting to top management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support local process owners in developing and implementing procedures and tools.
- Ensure proper training and compliance with management systems.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and ensure external ISO QHSE certification.
- Implement management system reporting and organize management reviews.
- Lead major root cause analysis and improvement projects and share lessons learned.
- Facilitate the Continuous improvement trough modern tools (e.g. Policy Deployment) and implement management reports.
- Ensure alignment and reporting of ESG initiatives with company goals and values.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and proven experience of management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
