Job description:

We are seeking for a O&M Product Manager for ANDRITZ HYDROPOWER Division (HY) with a global function but located in our offices in Schio (VI) – Italy.

You will report to the Head of global O&M within ANDRITZ Hydropower.

 

Your job responsibilities and tasks are to:

 

  • Be responsible for operatively industrializing O&M.
  • Work closely with development teams, providing clear product requirements, specifications and user stories.
  • Analyze new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
  • Understand the needs of customers according to specific market.
  • Respond effectively with implementation plans or standard rules of how to satisfy them.
  • Communicate with the customer and foster an environment of collaboration and partnership.
  • Interact for his role with O&M global structure, centers of competence and ANDRITZ companies.
  • Provide support to O&M Management during the medium-term plan phase.
  • Ensure alignment between the product vision and the technical implementation.

We are looking for candidate with the following experience & expertise:

 

  • Engineering degree or similar.
  • Five (5) years of experience in managing projects and/or sales activities in the hydroelectric sector.
  • Knowledge in O&M services and asset management basics.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate the product vision, features, and benefits to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to achieve product goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze competitor products and market dynamics to inform product development decisions.
  • Engagement with all involved parties during the project and sales execution.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven working style.
  • Good communication skills and capability of managing conflicts.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • Availability to travel approx. 15% of time.
  • Professional experience as Product Manager is a plus.
  • Operation & Maintenance experience is a plus.
