As a Talent Development Analyst within our Global HR team, you will strengthen our global people‑development efforts - bringing a valuable regional perspective while contributing to initiatives that reach colleagues across the world.
What you’ll do
Enable #1ANDRITZway & Build Capabilities
• Support global training and development initiatives that enhance how teams collaborate, deliver, and lead in alignment with #1ANDRITZway
• Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify the skills, capabilities, and mindsets needed for the future
• Continuously evaluate and improve development programs using data, insights, and feedback
• Support cross‑regional collaboration and consistency in how we work, learn, and grow
Strengthen Talent & Succession Readiness
• Contribute to global talent and succession planning processes
• Use assessments, analytics, and benchmarks to guide decision‑making and demonstrate program impact
• Collaborate with HR colleagues around the world to ensure a consistent and high‑quality development experience
Support Career Development & Growth Pathways
• Help design career frameworks, progression models, and learning journeys
• Develop practical tools, guidelines, and resources that enable meaningful career conversations
• Support long‑term capability building through structured, scalable development solutions
What you bring
• Experience in training, talent development, or HR program design
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with talent data and assessments
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, actionable solutions
• Clear communication and strong partnership skills, including with senior stakeholders
• Experience in project management and/or change management
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (Succession, Reporting) and advanced Microsoft tools
• Proactive, hands‑on, independent and solution‑oriented working style
• Global mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures
Your background
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in people development, training, talent management, or related HR roles
• Experience in global, diverse environments
• Business‑fluent English
