Global Procurement Manager

based in Reutlingen, Germany or Gloggnitz, Austria

Role and tasks

Responsible for coordinating the global procurement within PFR division 

Leading central price and contract negotiations 

Controlling and Optimizing the Supply Chain Management (SCM), such as purchasing conditions, procurement processes and logistics efficiency 

Responsible for building and maintaining supplier relationships and providing support to our worldwide locations 

Ensuring material supply, monitoring contract quantities and determine requirements in collaboration with our locations 

Ensuring the utilization of ANDRITZ Pulp & Paper Global Supply Chain organization 

Ensuring the compliance according to ANDRITZ Group Supply Chain policy 

Required experience and expertise

Completed degree in the area of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification 

Several years of professional experience in international strategic procurement and dealing with global suppliers 

Excellent knowledge in contract negotiations, procurement strategies and processes, as well as in creating procurement analyses and concepts 

Knowhow of SAP or similar ERP system 

Personality and Language skills

Strong teamwork, self-reliance, flexibility, dedication, and effective communication skills at all levels within the organization 

Networking skills 

Leadership skills 

Willingness to travel

Proficient in written and spoken English
