The duration of the internship is 6 months.

 

Your tasks: 

Production Planning / Warehouse management / Shipping:

  • Support Production Planning in the daily work
  • Taking care about incoming goods WIP
  • Take care of extra European shipments 

Customer Service:

  • Support sending order confirmations to customers
  • Follow up on missing order confirmation dates
  • Support Data sheet and Quality Management topics
  • Deal with intercompany-consolidations on a weekly basis (E2E process with intercompany customer)
      

Your profile:

  • Current studies in business administration or similar
  • Independent, determined, and responsible way of working as well as ability to work in a team
  • Written and spoken English
  • Confident use of MS Office and standard ERP-solutions
