Screening-Global Product Manager UTurn Rotor & Screen Rebuilds (m/w/d)
Job Description:

Responsibility for the product design, manufacturing and competitiveness for the new product line “UTurn rotor” as well as bearing units for pressure screens in general
- Managing profitability of individual products based on actual COGS levels and market pricing
- Responsibility to develop a competitive product portfolio incl. scope, performance, price, standardization and life cycle roadmap
- Marketing strategy to cover customer requirements, competitor analysis, price and performance analysis, in alignment with the regional product managers
- Developing USP’s (unique selling proposition) and value proposition for every product development
- Develop cost effective supplier network and ensure global spare parts availability
- Best-practice sharing internally and externally
- Interaction with our global organization
- Provide product training for the region sales organizations to meet target volumes
Reports directly to the Head of Global Product Home
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering or similar technical background required
- Project management experience
- Machinery/engineering skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- IT Technology skills for all engineering relevant tools
- Very good German and English language levels
- Availability to travel approximately 20 - 30% of the working time according to business needs.
