Job title:  Commercial Project Manager (m/w/d)

Main Tasks:

• Preparation of commercial prequalification and bidding documents
• Commercial review and commenting on tender conditions for service and capital projects
• Management and negotiations on cooperation agreements with consortium partners and subcontractors
• Addressing commercial project and contract risks during contract drafting and negotiation 
• Collaboration in the drafting of contractual regulations with regards to contract and claims management
• Coordination of bid-related activities with special focus on financing, payment securities and insurance
• Collaboration on internal digital bid approval process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or engineering with supplemental business administration qualification
• Commercial experience and knowledge in project management
• Experience in the use of MS-Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign languages are an advantage (French or Spanish)
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills, independent working style, assertiveness
• Ability and willingness to travel to domestic and international sites (typically 5-20%)
