Graphic Designer

General Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will work with the marketing and product teams on a wide range of projects and initiatives to create engaging visual assets and content across various forms of print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a production environment, developing distinctive graphic elements. This role requires proficiency in Adobe CC including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), video creation and editing capabilities and working knowledge of web content managment systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Develop a wide range of creative assets according to company brand guidelines including brochures, sell sheets, presentations, graphics, animations, print and digital ads, videos, email campaigns, web banners, tradeshow graphics and various other materials that support the business objectives.
  • Create, manage and update website content, and design and build landing pages for events, campaigns, and special initiatives.
  • Prepare and format final design files for printing or digital publishing, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Image editing, retouching, and preparing files for web or print use.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on projects with external vendors including print and production vendors, ad agencies, photo/video studios, and others.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years proven experience in graphic design or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity (video creation and editing experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proficient in MS Office software – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with website management / content management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines/standards.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible/Adaptable – able to quickly shift priorities and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Open to different perspectives and ideas, responds well to direction from leadership and peers.
  • Bring passion and enthusiasm to work.

 

Some travel required ≤ 15%.
