General Description
We are searching for a Customer Service Rep for our Raleigh, NC office.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Maintain Customer Orders from start to finish

  • Invoicing, keeping filing up to date, help to assist with Receptionist vacation, lunch breaks
  • Communicating customer needs to Sales Field and other departments as needed
  • Responsible for interacting with sales, customers, and product specialists and manufacturing to facilitate delivery of customer’s purchase orders.
  • Answer and address calls and emails from customers.
  • Help train new team members
  • Perform customer follow-up and other duties as required.
  • Help with pricing of quotes for customers

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Associates Degree 
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Languages: English, (French and Spanish would be very helpful)
  • Product Know-How in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
  • Customer Service skills, Organizational skills, ability to multi-task, positive attitude and ability to communicate customer’s needs clearly
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task.
