We are looking for a Project Manager Region Central Europe (m/f/d) in Raaba or Germany.
Your Tasks
- Manage SYNERGY agreements (inspection, shut-down planning, advisory service) that Power Plant Service sales have sold according to sales contract
- Development of SYNERGY Concept
- Region internal operations
- Lead and manage project team, co-operation with engineering, procurement, shipping and billing, sales, controlling, field service and quality teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze and manage project risks
- Cost estimation and budget follow-up
- Tracking and reporting overall progress and status
- Document management
- Assigned development projects (SYNERGY, other), participation to sales activities
- Arranging meetings internally and with customer (Hosting Client Events (project related)
- Creating and updating of the project action plan and project documentation
- Gathering feedback on the product, product feedback analysis and corrective measures
- Generating spare parts RFQs and forward to Spare Parts Team
- Shut Down participation for revisions and inspections at least part time (if part of contract)
- Procurement invoice handling
- Creating schedules
- Giving billing permission and tracking billing dates
- Project budget monitoring
- Updating project status
- Creating NCR notifications
Your Profile
- MSc. or BSc. in Mechanical/Process engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the P&P industry (Experience in power boiler technology or maintenance or manufacturing industry is considered as an advantage)
- Language skills: Native German, Fluent English, other as advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish,…)
- Customer oriented
- Outspoken, good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Conflict Management Skills

- Goal-oriented and motivated
- Independent and self-confident
- Ability to work in multicultural environment
- Willingness and flexibility to travel also in countries outside CE

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.296,07 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
