In the Clean Air Techologies department in Raaba, we are looking for a Manager Piping Team (m/f/d). 
 

Your Tasks

  • Manage and further develop a team of piping engineers and piping designers for flue gas cleaning plants incl. carbon capture.
  • Manage engineering, timelines and budgets of piping systems in projects effectively.
  • Capacity planning and progress monitoring for piping engineering in projects
  • Maintain, review and further develop tools and templates for piping specifications, design drawings, documentation and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant piping standards, codes, and regulations in projects.
  • Provide technical support during piping erection in projects
  • Create cost calculations for piping systems in the proposal phase, selection of suppliers in the execution phase. 


Your Profile

  • University degree (BSc, MSc) in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education
  • Proficiency in piping design software (e.g. E3d), pipe stress calculation (e.g. Rohr2) and components of piping systems (valves, fittings, sealings, expansion joints, supports etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of piping standards and codes (e.g. EN13480, EN12952, ASME).
  • Vast experience in engineering and design of piping system for different gases and liquids in e.g. oil& gas, chemical industry or power generation. 
  • Systematic way of working, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.545,33 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
