Under the responsibility of the Director Human Resources, the incumbent will act as a generalist and thus participate in all human resources management activities to contribute to the smooth running of operations.
The following responsibilities form the core of this role in our Canadian team.
• Offer an advisory role as an HR expert to employees and managers of the organization, particularly in terms of mobilization, performance management and development, and labor relations;
• Complete management of the employee life cycle;
• Coordinate the process of welcoming and integrating new employees;
• Be actively involved in the management of the annual performance evaluation and salary planning process;
• Act as a resource person to respond to requests for information, advise managers on human resources policies and processes;
• Manage short and long-term disability cases, maintain a communication link with employees, the insurer and the manager;
• Participate in the establishment and implementation of human resources management policies and procedures;
• Participate in the creation, development and improvement of human resources management tools, including special projects;
• Establish and maintain the employee file and ensure its confidentiality;
• Collaborate in the administration of pension plans and group insurance;
• Production and publication of monthly HR reports.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations or related field;
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a generalist in a human resources department;
• Knowledge of integrated HR systems, such as SuccessFactors or Workday, an asset;
• Knowledge of labor laws and experience in an advisory role;
• Autonomous, judicious, problem-solving skills, good stress management in an environment where deadlines are tight;
• Excellent management of priorities and respect of deadlines while showing flexibility;
• Orientation towards customers and results;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - bilingualism required;
• Demonstrated aptitude for collaboration and teamwork
• Diplomacy, empathy and confidentiality;
• Positive attitude;
• Regular travel to our Boucherville & Chambly, QC facilities.
