Overview:

• The goal is to have well-organized and time managed commissioning & start up is as follows:
• Meeting the project schedule
• Training the customer operating crew
• Maintaining all the protocols and ensure the safety of equipment during commissioning
• Start-up
• Optimization of plant
• Performance guarantee tests

The scope and responsibilities for Commissioning and Start-up for projects include the following tasks:

• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
• Operation and maintenance manual
• Training
• Commissioning
• Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
• Start-up
• Takeover
• Remote fine tuning, if needed Performance test
