Job title:  Project Engineer

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Build proposals that are compliant with technical and commercial requirements. 
• Follow business process steps during the proposal building phase. 
• Communicate effectively with the sales, engineering, contract management, project controlling, and project execution teams. 
• Communicate effectively with customers to build proposals. 
• Work with the Sales Manager, project management, and project controlling to vet customer purchase orders. 

• Other related duties, as assigned.
• Ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time will be required for review of outside contractors, equipment purchased, inspections, customer meetings, and implementation of projects.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

A B.S. Degree related to the area of specialization (mechanical engineering preferred) or equivalent experience is required; some degree of formal training is considered mandatory. SAP experience is a plus.
