Mandatory: EMMs such as Intune, XenMobile, 0365, Exchange, IOS/ Android
Mandatory: Expedite knowledge in MS Intune, Office 365, Azure
Mandatory: Troubleshooting , Experiences of Deployment of mobile apps on different platform, Good understanding knowledge of MS Exchange/O365
Additional Knowledge & Desired Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure service availability and service improvement.
Provide 2nd & 3rd level support to global distributed IT members.
Microsoft Intune and Exchange Administration, Conditional access Policies, automated device enrolment, app protection policies
Participate actively in global projects.
Technical role in supporting IT regions with EMM and Office 365 related issues
Build, design, test, deploy, support, monitor and maintain Andritz EMM & Office 365 infrastructure
Review mobile applications and provide solutions/recommendations
Assess, test, and integrate enterprise and commercial mobile apps into the EMM environment
Good understanding of Android, iOS and Windows platforms
Manage and support conditional access policy

Working experience of Agile Methodology  (Jira ticket system, Scrum planning)
