Job Summary:
The Project Manager - Digitalization will lead strategic initiatives to drive digital transformation across the organization. This role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business agility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, process automation, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digitalization roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI/ML integration, and process reengineering.
- Utilize AI and data analytics to gather insights, optimize operations, and make data-driven decisions
- Lead cross-functional digital projects and data integration platforms.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Technology Enablement
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Process Optimization
- Identify and automate repetitive processes.
- Implement digital workflows to reduce manual interventions and improve accuracy.
- Drive cultural change towards digital-first thinking.
- Conduct training programs for end-users and ensure high adoption rates.

- Ensure digital initiatives comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and industry regulations.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all digital systems.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, IT, or Engineering.
- 15 years’ experience with minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on manufacturing and AI.
- Strong understanding of AI, IoT, and automation technologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Digital Transformation) preferred.
