We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource (HR) Coordinator to support our team in the provision of quality HR service across our growing business area. This role would be a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a collaborative environment, and playing a key role in helping our people-focused initiatives run smoothly.

 

Here’s how you’ll contribute to our shared success:

  • Direct general enquiries from employees
  • Organize and maintain internal records and documentation
  • Enter, manage, and maintain HR databases
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities
  • Support the facilitation of various HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management etc.
  • Assist with the updating and finalization of various HR templates and documents
  • Create regular reports on HR metrics
  • Assist with the administration of HR programs and initiatives
  • Assist with special projects as required

When selecting candidates, we will be looking for:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Previous experience in HR or administration preferred
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage conflicting priorities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Fluent in Canadian French an asset
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

 

Salary range: $50,000-$65,000; commensurate with experience
