We are currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support the Feed & Biofuel division for North America. This key position requires an execution of marketing related topics to achieve business objectives and partnering with other Andritz Business Areas and Divisions.
Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Define Marketing Communication processes and standards
- Create, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the public
- To support regional organization on internal communications. Such as writing success stories and publish it on internal communications channels.
- To raise awareness across F&B Division about successes from NAM region. Including collaborating with global Marketing Communications team on internal comms programs and roll them out in NAM region.
- Plan and manage AFB digital platforms (website and social media)
- Facilitate marketing strategies to deploy internally as well as externally Andritz Feed & Biofuel products and services
- Create traditional as well as digital strategies to increase market awareness about products and services
- Plan, develop, execute, manage and/or support customer events, fairs, exhibitions, webinars
- Interact with the Feed & Biofuel Vice President, Industry Managers, Product Managers and Sales Managers, staff of the Marketing/Communications/P.R. function, and the service providers.
- Support sales related to ANDRITZ strategies and tools: Docupedia, WebCRM, Marketo, etc. as well as other marketing material (folders, presentations, videos, etc.)
- Participate in corporate communications initiatives and develop strategies to promote Metris brand and reputation
- Responsible for public relations, choosing the right media (ads, newsletters, social media, websites, etc.) to deliver our message and developing a plan for when and how to share information
- Support in Market Research
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution across the organization, direct or through 3rd parties
- Develop and manage short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance
- Manage customer satisfaction tools (surveys) to deliver the best customer experience possible with current and potential customers that enables developing long-term relationships
When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, ability and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Marketing & Communication
- Graduate of a bachelor's or diploma program in marketing, communication (or similar);
- Availability to travel (Fair/Automation Events)
