Job Title: Associate / Engineer – Electrical Testing Engineer (QA)

Department: Quality Assurance / Electrical

Reports To: Quality Manager - Electrical


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate / Engineer from the Electrical Engineering discipline to join our Test Field & Commissioning team. They will be trained and mentored to support quality assurance electrical testing activities across various in house’s process and site activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • In process electrical testing in shop floor (Bar & coil Shop, Pole Shop & Assembly Shop)
  • Site Electrical testing (Static Electrical Tests)
  • Synchronous Generator testing (Routine & Type tests) in house.
  • Synchronous generator pre commissioning & Commissioning tests at site.
  • Incoming electrical GRN checks.
  • Maintain and update quality records, reports, and non-conformance logs.
  • Calibration and maintenance of electrical instruments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function.
  • Basic mechanical testing in house and site.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering (2025 pass-out preferred).
  • Strong academic background with exposure to quality concepts and electrical systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.

Training & Development:

The selected candidate will undergo structured training in quality systems, project documentation, inspection techniques, and industry standards. Mentorship will be provided by experienced professionals in the quality and project management domains.
