POSITION: PMO Analyst

We are hiring for?

Group IT Delivery Center (India) team is part of ANDRITZ GROUP IT responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of word class IT systems to ANDRITZ GROUP companies. Delivery Center (India) is working as service provider to the ANDRITZ GROUP IT Team.

What will you do?

The PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing analytical and administrative support (such as coordination, planning, control, reporting, and analysis) to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the PMO Analyst supports the Head of PMO in implementing PMO initiatives, ensuring that project management standards and practices are followed, maintained and improved and project data quality in PPM system meets the targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supports projects to meet their targets.
• Do data analysis of the projects and ensures that project data quality meet the targets.
• Develops and maintains project templates and guidelines.
• Facilitates communication between portfolios stakeholders.
• Attend to improvement of PMO and project management processes.
• Follows that project management is fulfilling compliancy requirements of ANDIRTZ IT.
• Responsible of keeping work backlog up to date.

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Taking ownership of the assigned tasks and responsibility area
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and other data visualization tools
• Experience about portfolio management software or SAP is a benefit

Desirable Experience

• Certification in project management (IPMA, PMP or PRINCE2)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a PMO or project management role
• Preferable in IT/SW development sector
