Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage global compensation and benefits strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans and benefit programs.
• Lead annual compensation review cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity planning.
• Evaluate and benchmark global pay and benefit structures using market data and best practices.
• Manage long-term incentive programmes
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations as applicable.
• Support M&A activities by assessing and integrating compensation and benefit plans.
• Advise HR leads and senior leadership on compensation decisions
• Oversee vendors for global benefits administration (e.g. LTIs, health, pension, insurance).
• Prepare and deliver reports for compensation analytics, risks, and trends.
• Develop and manage the global job architecture structure, including Job Families, Career Levels, Job Competency Framework and Job Descriptions.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure job architecture structure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to key stakeholders on the job architecture structure.
• Monitor the job architecture structure and make recommendations for developments.
• Analyze job architecture-related data and provide meaningful insights and analysis.
 

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a global role.
• Strong knowledge and proven experience of compensation frameworks, international labor laws, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency with compensation and HRIS tools (preferably Mercer, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience of implementing and maintaining a Job Architecture landscape (preferably using Mercer structure).
• Fluent in English
