At ANDRITZ, safety isn’t just a priority, it’s how we operate. We’re looking for a hands-on EHS & Safety Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at our Lancaster, OH manufacturing facility. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with site leadership to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance, and continuously improve how we protect our people, operations, and environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, implement, and continuously improve EHS and safety programs across the site
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental and safety regulations
  • Drive risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to prevent future issues
  • Champion a culture of safety through training, engagement, and leadership collaboration
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, HR, and leadership teams
  • Support environmental initiatives including waste reduction, spill prevention, and sustainability

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of EHS or safety leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
  • Proven experience developing safety programs and leading training initiatives
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
