As a growing, international company with an ambitious strategy and a vibrant workplace culture, ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is looking for a Product Manager Digital Solutions to join our Automation & Digitalization business unit.

The Product Manager Digital Solutions will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and launching innovative solutions to optimize the performance of customer assets. This role will focus on creating a key Unique Selling Proposition (USP) – "Smart Diagnostics" – by synergizing readily available market solutions (e.g., vibration monitoring, temperature sensing, motor data analysis) with our deep industry-specific knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and execute product strategies focused on Asset Management Solutions, driving the ideation, definition, and development of unique digital offerings, such as 'Smart Diagnostics,' to translate raw asset data into actionable insights, predictive maintenance recommendations, and asset lifetime estimations.
•    Identify opportunities within the current install base and expand into competitor installations to drive market growth.
•    Define and implement multi-year product roadmaps that align with market trends, technological advancements, and customer needs, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value.
•    Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that digital solutions are developed to meet and exceed customer expectations and address their core asset management challenges.
•    Actively manage and leverage strategic partnerships (including Microsoft, universities, 3rd party suppliers, and startups) to foster innovation, co-develop solutions, and enhance product capabilities.
•    Develop pricing strategies and standardized proposal frameworks for digital asset management products, enabling sales and back-office teams to generate routine proposals efficiently, while retaining leadership for the creation of technical and commercial proposals for complex projects.
•    Support regional sales teams with product positioning, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
•    Provide sales teams with tools, insights, and data for effective customer engagement.
•    Track product adoption, market penetration, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
•    Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business cases for retrofit products.
•    Act as a key advocate for #1ANDRITZWay, embodying leadership and collaboration across teams.

Who are we looking for:

You are passionate about driving business success through smart product strategies. With a solid background in product management, sales processes, and value proposition development, you take initiative and bring a positive, opportunity-focused mindset. You have a proven ability to lead global product roadmaps and translate customer needs—including those from key accounts—into impactful product solutions.

As a person you possess:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong understanding of industrial machinery and asset performance in process industries (especially feed & biofuel) is highly desirable.
  • Strong internal and external networking capabilities within relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of automation and digitalization trends and their value-add in process industries.
  • Familiarity with IoT platforms, data analytics concepts, and the potential of AI/machine learning in predictive diagnostics.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
