Your tasks

• Define development tasks according to market needs.
• Initiate and manage R&D projects. 
• Support sales and offer teams by providing tools, trainings, and doc-umentation.
• Primary interface between Sales, Engineering, Technical Calculation, Project Management, and Marketing teams.

Your profile

• Completed technical education (Apprenticeship, HTL, or University degree)
• Over six years of professional experience in pump-related roles
• Strong project management abilities with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills proactive team player who thrives in driving progress
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• NX and Teamcenter skills beneficial

In Austria we are legally obliged to an-nounce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.728,36 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and profes-sional experience we offer you a mar-ket-based salary. 

The employment takes place via a leasing company.
