Its many years of experience in hy-draulic engineering and its comprehensive process expertise form the basis for the high standard of ANDRITZ pump engineering. ANDRITZ offers everything from a single source - from development, model testing, design, manufacturing and project management to after-sales service and training. 

The division's main production sites are located in Austria, China, India and Brazil. The units at these sites are managed by a site manager, who is also responsible for the sales regions associated with the site. In addition to local responsibility, there are global responsibilities for Sales, Industry Management, Technology and Opera-tions.
 

We are looking for a Head of Global Pumps Operations and Pumps Location Manager (m/f/d) in Graz.

Your Tasks

As Head of Global Pumps Operations: 

• Member of the Pump Management Board with full responsibility for Global Operations of the Pumps Division 
• Further development of the international supply-chain including inventory management, make-or-buy-decisions, localization vs. centralization of production 
• Optimization of the pump productions in Austria, China, India, Brazil 
• Development of new production facilities 
• Integration of production facilities from acquisitions 
• Investment and staff decision for production 
• Reorganization of current business processes and operational structures 
• Experience with matrix organization is an advantage 

As Pumps Location Manager Graz: 

• P&L responsibility for a significant part of the Pumps division 
• Disciplinary responsibility for approx. 200 employees 
• Resource planning and staffing 

Your Profile

• Technical university degree or equivalent education 
• Experience in the pump industry, preferably centrifugal pumps 
• Strong focus on global operations, including globally distributed manufacturing, inventory management, supply chain management, active cost management, lean methods and quality management 
• Experience in leading a global team of highly professional colleagues 
• Experience with P&L responsibility of an operational unit, including international sales, service and production desirable 
• A solid track record of success with a drive for even more success 
• Excellent German and English language skills

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 8.660,79 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
