For our division "Separation" we are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Graz.

 

Your Tasks

  • The goal of this function is to develop, maintain and promote the CRM system in Separation as main tool for the sales phase together with the Separation locations and the global IT department

  • Running roll-outs / integration of CRM to newly acquired companies, the development of new functionalities, streamlining and automation of related business processes as well as the maintenance of a high level of data quality and analytics/reporting

  • Development and management of training concepts and material

  • Collaboration with relevant stakeholders to improve relevant CRM applications
  • Manage further development and implementation of Configure – Price – Quote CRM application
  • Consolidate CRM training needs in the organization 
  • Drive the further development of  Reporting

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, IT or similar
  • Some years of experience in either B2B marketing or experience with CRM system(s)
  • IT affinity and basic technical understanding, industry know-how
  •  Fluent Communication skills in English and German
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Process-oriented thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Basic Controlling skills

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.772,63 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
