We are looking for a Back Office OTC employee (m/f/d) in Graz, Austria.
Your Tasks
- Preparation of spare and wear parts quotations in coordination with the product group or customers, e.g. quotation preparation and costing
- Order processing (technical/commercial)
- Order verification (customers/suppliers)
- Deadline monitoring for customer and supplier orders
- Preparation of order-related documentation
- System maintenance and archiving
- Clarification of complaints
- Maintenance of customer contact data in the CRM system
Your Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- A solid technical understanding of machine components, especially wear parts, is essential
- Knowledge of paper machine equipment and processes
- Experienced in planning and implementing wear and spare part projects
- You maintain a strong awareness of safety, quality management, and sales-oriented thinking.
- You are open-minded, empathetic, and confident in your interactions
- You communicate clearly in both written and spoken form and handle feedback constructively
- You demonstrate negotiation skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.269,07 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
