EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5+ years of SAP experience, with strong working knowledge of SAP modules
• Proven track record of leading SAP related projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Functional areas: S4/Hana, BW, BI, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM and other interfaces
• Prior experience using a Collaboration Tool (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint for document management and sharing)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
• Must have excellent English skills, both verbal and written
• Highly self-motivated with ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines with little supervision.
• To thrive in a fast-paced work environment with strong problem-solving skills and well organized, structured work habits.
• Ability to work with a virtual team in an international environment.
• Experience using Atlassian JIRA for project and task management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:

• Manage and mentor a regional team of SAP analysts
• Lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects from planning through execution.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Ensure system integrity, compliance, and alignment with business processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks that may be required.
