Major Duties:

  • Know about laser cutting production process and working procedure in workshop
  • Follow up the production progress of each order
  • Follow up the status of production materials
  • Manage consumables, such as stock management and release purchasing orders
  • Follow the work arrangement of the workshop
  • Arrange planning and production according to the order request
  • Worker attendance, SOP edit and other assistance issue
  • Workshop consumable withdraw and management
  • Follow up the production progress of each order
  • Follow up the status of production materials
  • Propose improvement suggestions for workshop process
  • Raise your hand when finding a problem
  • Data collecting and reporting

Competencies:

  • Mechanical majors preferred, including Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Industrial Design, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, etc
  • Intern working experience/Student cadre preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Basic manufacture planning skill
  • Learn about common steel grades
  • CET4 certificate or above is preferred
  • Skillful in Microsoft Office
  • Skillful in CAD
  • SAP preferred
