Major Duties:

Responsible for the following tasks and areas related to IT department AI product customization, support, and marketing:

•    Design and deliver structured AI training programs, including content development  to support scalable user enablement
•    Drive enterprise-wide adoption of standardized AI solutions, enabling scalable and sustainable AI capability across the organization
•    Provide AI product user support, track issues, and improve user experience
•    Manage daily operations of the internal AI community to foster knowledge sharing and engagement
•    Maintain the training knowledge base and establish an FAQ repository to support continuous learning and problem-solving
•    Assist in the collection, evaluation, documentation, and development of enterprise-level customized AI tools
•    Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions and application scenarios
•    Other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed

Competencies:
•    A degree from a university or above
•    Skillful in Microsoft Office
•    Fluent in English
•    Strong communication & training delivery capability
•    Good communication skills with IT users
•    Strong passion for AI, with a proactive mindset to continuously learn, experiment, and explore new use cases
