Job title:  Service Engineer/Manager-Refiner

Major Duties:

• Onsite service with inspection, measurement, maintenance, commissioning and start up.
• Guiding customer to disassembly and assembly equipment or spare parts replacement, control quality and progress of maintenance work.
• In workshop to guide maintainer to disassembly and assembly equipment or spare parts replacement, control quality and progress of maintenance work.
• Equipment fault analysis on site and trouble shooting.
• Fully communication with customer on site, collection information/data of business.
• For overhaul service to assist product manager on maintenance plan/ maintenance proposal.
• Report and feedback job schedule of service work to supervisor, product manager and sales.
• Support and practice team spirit and cooperative spirit.

Competencies:

• College or Bachelor Degree
• More than five years experience in Paper Industry or Paper Mill
• Good customer relationship
• Good English with advantage
• Endure long business trips/outside
