Major Duties:
- Onsite service with inspection, measurement, maintenance, commissioning and start up.
- Guiding customer to disassembly and assembly equipment or spare parts replacement, control quality and progress of maintenance work.
- In workshop to guide maintainer to disassembly and assembly equipment or spare parts replacement, control quality and progress of maintenance work.
- Equipment fault analysis on site and trouble shooting.
- Fully communication with customer on site, collection information/data of business.
- For overhaul service to assist product manager on maintenance plan/ maintenance proposal.
- Report and feedback job schedule of service work to supervisor, product manager and sales.
- Support and practice team spirit and cooperative spirit.
Competencies:
- College or Bachelor Degree
- More than five years experience in Paper Industry or Paper Mill
- Good customer relationship
- Good English with advantage
- Endure long business trips/outside
