Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

 

  • Collect and share market information.
  • Understand our market position and know our competitors, their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Create service opportunities and follow them till the order is placed.
  • Develop and maintain relation with End- User, or his Distributors and Agents.
  • Put service relevant information into CRM and keep them up to date.
  • Meet Sales Goals, such as Order intake (OI) and Sales (gross margin).
  • Assure clear technical specification in service contracts.
  • Report service sales activities to the National Sales Director.
  • Prepare OI forecasts monthly, quarterly, yearly
  • Join requested trainings.
  • Provide feedback on how to improve our competitiveness.
  • Cooperate with local and global back office.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher with major Pulp & Paper or mechanical background.
  • More than five years of experience in Sales or service.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Self-driven and pro-active personality.
  • Solution orientated.
  • Good in English, good reading, writing, speaking and understanding.
  • Good skills with Microsoft office.
